Appointments & Payments

Booking Requirements

• Deposits are required to confirm bookings
• Deposits are applied to the final session cost and are non-refundable
• Full balance must be settled on the day of service
• We accept cash, bank transfers, and major card payments

Cancellation Terms

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Late cancellations or no-shows result in loss of deposit
• Rescheduling is not guaranteed and depends on availability

Intellectual Property

Custom artwork remains the intellectual property of Inked by Saucerer until full payment is received. We may photograph finished tattoos for our portfolio or marketing unless you explicitly opt out.

Risk and Liability

All tattoos are done at the client’s own risk. Despite our highest safety standards, tattoos carry some risk. By proceeding, you accept these risks and agree that our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

Aftercare Responsibility

Refund Policy

Once work has started, all payments are final. Deposits are refundable only if the cancellation is initiated by the artist or studio.
